SHIPPING

All our orders are shipped worldwide from Australia.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable duties and taxes are included in your order, so you will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when your Lovermine order arrives.

AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping - A$10

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over A$400.

Express shipping - A$15

 

REST OF WORLD

Standard shipping - US$35

Complimentary express shipping on orders over $500.

International shipping rates are charged in USD or converted into your local currency at checkout where applicable.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

All Lovermine orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. 

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control. 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

 

RETURNS

Before purchasing, should you need a little guidance, we’d be delighted to help. Write to us at love@lovermine.com.

We hope you love your Lovermine order. Should something not feel quite right, eligible pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that your pieces are:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused 

  • In their original condition 

  • Returned with all original tags attached 

  • Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume or other marks

We ask that each piece is treated with care while deciding if it’s the one for you.

Please choose carefully, as pieces marked Final Sale are unable to be returned for a change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Returns can be lodged via email - please write to us at love@lovermine.com.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label where available.

For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

The following return shipping fees apply:

AUSTRALIA — A$12
NEW ZEALAND — A$20
USA & CANADA — US$25
UK & EUROPE — US$30
REST OF WORLD — US$35

Where your order was placed in a different supported currency, the corresponding return fee will be displayed in your order currency in the Returns Portal before you confirm your return.

The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund in the same currency as your original purchase.

If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, return shipping is free of charge.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches us. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Your refund will be for the value of the eligible returned items, less any applicable return shipping fee.

Any return shipping fee will be deducted in the same currency as your original purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable consumer law.

For international orders, the treatment of duties and taxes associated with returned goods may vary depending on your destination and applicable local requirements. Any refundable amounts will be handled in accordance with the requirements applying to your order.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please write to us at love@lovermine.com with your order number and photographs of the item.

Approved faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be returned free of charge.

If your Lovermine piece arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t quite what you ordered, we’ll make it right in accordance with applicable consumer law.

 

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, any additional shipping or return costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.
